In this respect, our clients can depend on their orders being processed efficiently, professionally and in full accordance with agreed terms.

Response to Enquiries
All enquiries, whatever their origin are responded to on the day of receipt. Where it is not possible to provide a quotation immediately, the customer is kept informed as to the progress of their quote request. Quotations are normally open for acceptance within a period of 30 days but if circumstances necessitate a longer validity period we will investigate whether this is possible.

Order Review
Our customers’ orders are processed in strict accordance with our documented procedures. From receipt to final delivery, we make sure that orders are interpreted correctly and that, if we cannot comply exactly with all instructions, this is clearly communicated before we proceed.
Our three-part goal is that we deliver the right goods on time. That we get paid and that we provide an overall service such that our customers return to us.

Product Quality
Our product quality and company procedures are controlled by the scope of our ISO9001 2000 Certification. Continual improvement and performance monitoring are important aspects of our business and we recognise that accuracy makes life easier for us as well as our customers.

All deliveries are made by next day courier service, securely packed and offering traceability/proof of delivery.

Our combined liability insurance includes goods in transit, public and product liability and employers liability with an indemnity level of £5,000,000.

Management of Scheduled orders
For larger quantities of products, we can usually pass on the price benefit whilst calling off quantities over a period of time. In many cases, we can offer a certain flexibility within the schedule and a buffer stock where necessary.
